4th Avenue
DCCC presents Sax 4th Avenue, an
innovative saxophone quartet from the Toledo area, has
pleased audiences with its high energy performances that
incorporate improvisation and choreography. The
quartet returns with what is sure to be a crowd pleasing

Hundreds of glistening candles, intimate sacred spaces and
the magnificent of Mozart’s music combine for a truly

Big Band Sound of the DCCB
Under the direction of local music educator, Scott Rogers,
the band features classics of Ellington, Miller and Basie.

violinist MingHuan Xu and Canadian pianist Winston Choy are
compelling and versatile artists who favor an eclectic mix
of musical styles, from standard works to the avant-garde.
Duo Diorama has delighted audiences throughout the world
with their uniquely fresh and powerful blend of two

Women's Chorale - The Wheaton College Women's
Chorale has sung for enthusiastic audiences in this country,
Europe and the British Isles. Composed of over sixty
students representing many states and a variety of academic
majors, the Chorale's central goal is to worship God with
its musical offerings, to uplift audiences through shared
ministry, and to enrich the college experience for ensemble
members. Listeners far and wide have praised the ensemble
for its superb music-making and Christian witness. Admission

CERT is a positive and realistic approach to emergency and
disaster situations where citizens may initially be on their
own and their actions can make a difference. Training
includes : Shut off gas, Cribbing, Put out small fires,
Search and Rescue, C.P.R or First Aid, Basics Family
Preparedness, Incident Stress Management. FREE
training is March 8th from 6pm-9pm, March 10th 8am-5pm,

the Beast – Intended to give theater
experiences to youths in fourth to eighth grade, Young
People's Theater Guild was founded in 1981 but had been
inactive for several years as it was without a venue. The
troupe has now reestablished itself in the Stroede Center
for the Arts. 7:30pm at the Stroede Center for the Arts.

Grove, Riverside, Diehl, Pontiac Park, Fort Grounds, and the
Reservoir. Bring along rakes, shovels, brooms, gloves and
boots to help in the clean up, and don't forget to bring a

Brass – DCCC Performance Series

for its “clean, clear, and precise sound,” Axiom Brass has
established itself as one of the major brass quintets in the
world. The group has been internationally recognized
for its groundbreaking programming with a repertoire that
ranges from jazz and Latin music to string quartet
transcriptions to original compositions for brass quintet.
