Shopping Extravaganza: Vendor and Craft Fair
Shop more than 35 of your favorite vendors and crafters and pick up a tray or two of baked goods for your holiday parties/cookie exchanges. Proceeds from vendor fees go to support the Holy Cross Parent Ministry Organization.
Wreaths Across America Ceremony
Wreaths Across America Ceremony at noon at Riverside Cemetery Veterans Section, Defiance. Sponsored by the Civil Air Patrol Defiance Flight. Cinema at the Stroede: Christmas in Connecticut
Classic movies are shown on the 2nd Saturday of the month at 7:30 p.m. Movies are free and open to the public. Concessions are available.

Price Hill Duo
Named for a neighborhood in Cincinnati, Price Hill Duo is a classical violin and cello duo. Violinist Jordan Greenberg (also of Harpeth Rising) and cellist Laura Jekel play original arrangements of classical works. Tickets $10. Abigail Stauffer & Dave the Cellist
The duo "blends soulful pop vocals with a rare and distinct sound of jazz cello." Stauffer's vocals reflect a blues influence, and her singing is reminiscent of Joni Mitchell. A Celebration of Martin Luther King, Jr., Event
Recording artist, TEDx and motivational speaker Shaun Boothe tells the inspiring life stories of cultural icons through hip hop, rhyme, and spoken word. Boothe's Biography Series is a celebration of greatness made not just to inform and entertain but to inspire and awaken the greatness within us all. Robyn Boyd, Defiance College student, will present original poetry prior to the performance. Presented in partnership with Citizens in Action. Event is free & open to the public.

Whenever the Big Band Sound performs, you can expect to hear the music of Miller and Ellington among others. This year is no exception. Lilac Festival & Street Fair
The streets of Downtown Defiance are filled with activities as we celebrate the official flower of Defiance with the community's largest Arts and Craft Fair. Join both young and old for a day of entertainment that features free lilacs to the first 750 attendees, a 5K race, live music, arts and craft vendors, unique food vendors, and children’s activities. The 40th annual Art in the Park will take place on Sunday, June 28th on the historic Fort Defiance grounds alongside the beautiful Maumee River.
